What is the Calgary Flames Experience Centre?
The Calgary Flames Experience Centre is an immersive and interactive VIP guided tour that will take you inside the new Scotia Place Arena.
What happens in the Experience Centre?
You will be treated to an interactive behind the scenes look at the new home of sports and entertainment in Calgary, where you will have the opportunity to secure your seat experience in Scotia Place, and learn more about the incredible new and exciting options available to enjoy your favourite events.
When will I be invited to the Calgary Flames Experience Centre?
Current Season Ticket Members will receive invitations for appointments on a rolling basis between 2026 and 2027.
How are current Season Ticket Members prioritized?
Priority is influenced by your seniority, current seat location in the Scotiabank Saddledome, and survey input.
I am currently a half Season Ticket Member. Can I select a half season ticket option in Scotia Place?
Yes, you can select a membership equivalent to your current level the Scotiabank Saddledome.
I am currently a half Season Ticket Member. Can I move to a full season in Scotia Place?
To secure full season tickets at Scotia Place, you must be a full Season Ticket Member at the Scotiabank Saddledome. To change your half season tickets to full season tickets, please contact our Customer Service Team at 403.777.4646.
I currently have two season tickets. Can I purchase four season tickets in Scotia Place?
Additional season tickets must be added to your Scotiabank Saddledome membership prior to selecting your season tickets at Scotia Place. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 403.777.4646 to purchase more seats.
How will accessible seating selections work for Scotia Place?
Scotia Place has been designed and built to meet the Rick Hansen Accessibility Standard. Accessible seating will be available based on need and Season Ticket Member seniority.
What is the layout of the bowls at Scotia Place?
Scotia Place features a larger Lower Bowl, Loge Level (5 rows), and smaller Second Bowl compared to the Scotiabank Saddledome.
Why are Waves starting with Lower Bowl seat inventory?
Following industry best practices, seats are filled from the Lower Bowl up. This ensures Season Ticket Members can access the best available seats first.
Do I have to go to the Calgary Flames Experience Centre to secure my seats at Scotia Place?
Yes. Attending your appointment is required to secure your new seats at Scotia Place. Your visit to the Experience Centre provides all the details you need to make an informed decision about your new seats at Scotia Place. As we are moving to a new venue, the Experience Centre provides all the necessary information about our new Club, Lower Bowl, Loge Level, and Second Bowl seats. Taking the time to learn about our improved sightlines and amenities helps contextualize our move to Scotia Place and ensures we find the right fit for you and most importantly, that you’re confident and happy with your new seats.
Do I get to select my time slot to visit the Calgary Flames Experience Centre?
Your invitation to the Calgary Flames Experience Centre is by appointment only, and a time within your wave will be assigned to you based on your priority, similar to how we assign times for our annual Season Ticket Member Relocation Event. Your assigned appointment time will provide you the best opportunity to view available product inventory at Scotia Place.
What if I cannot attend my assigned appointment time due to a scheduling conflict?
For extenuating circumstances, you may book a later appointment. This can be done online through your digital invitation. Alternatively, please call Customer Service at 403.777.4646.
What will happen if I leave the Calgary Flames Experience Centre without making a purchase, then decide I want to purchase seats later?
You can purchase seats later, however the available seat inventory after your appointment will be different. Seats that were once available for purchase will likely be sold. We recommend selecting your seats and placing a deposit during the time of your appointment to secure your best seating option.
Will I need to place a deposit on my Scotia Place season tickets when I select my seats at the Experience Centre?
Yes, a 10% deposit will be required.
Are there payment plan options available?
Yes, interest free payment plans will be offered once a deposit has been made, similar to current Flames Season Ticket Member options. The payment plan for the Calgary Flames 2027/2028 season will begin March 2027.

Where is Scotia Place being built?
Scotia Place is north of the Scotiabank Saddledome, between 12 Avenue SE and 14 Avenue SE and Olympic Way SE and 5A Street SE.
When will Scotia Place open?
The arena development project is on track for completion by summer 2027, ready for the 2027-28 season.

When will I be able to see the inside details and amenities of Scotia Place?
As a Season Ticket Member, you will get exclusive access at your dedicated appointment time at the Calgary Flames Experience Centre, the state-of-the-art preview centre for Scotia Place.
What events will be hosted at Scotia Place?
Scotia Place will be home to the Calgary Flames, world-class concerts and a variety of other entertainment and civic events. In addition, it will be home to the Wranglers, Roughnecks, and Hitmen.
